Debbie Emery: The Lunch Bunc

Here we are a year later and I’m doing pretty well. After a year of chemo infusions and another year on Xeloda, a chemo pill, I’m feeling pretty good and the Liver Metastasized Breast Cancer is stable and I’m able to live my life somewhat as a normal 64-year-old woman, for now anyway. I want to see more research for cures and prevention, more public awareness to the fact that breast cancer is serious stuff and often returns in a very life-threatening MBC state. I encounter far too many others in a similar situation, and it is sad and frightening.
